It says on your website that "Certificates issued on completion of all works" We don't yet have this but this was the reason I rang you rather than your competition. Can you please forward this to me?
Also The oven was replaced on a slant, we had to remove the screws, drop it down again so it was level and replace the screws. On top of this 2 of the 4 screws were lost by the man that fitted the hob, I've had to go out and buy a pack and replace the 2 missing. All in all Im not overly impressed by the service we received certainly not helped by you almost doubling the bill without warning. The only reason I got a professional to fit this hob is I wanted a certificate to keep the home insurance people happy so this I still need please.
