Harriet Guest Upholstery

The only problem with the two armchairs that Harriet upholstered for us is that I'm never going to let anyone sit in them ever again! They are truly works of art - helped along by the gorgeous material from Fermoie in Marlborough. Harriet was very patient and helpful while I dithered over the fabric choice, offering lots of suggestions and ideas - and gently moving me on from simply recovering them in the same fabric. I couldn't believe how quickly she finished them and her workmanship is second to none. She completely re-engineered the seats so they are much more comfortable (well, they would be if you were allowed to sit on them!) and the beautiful fabric is carefully pattern-matched. She's even a genius at fitting chairs into cars when it seems obvious to the untrained eye that there isn't enough room! I can't recommend Harriet's work highly enough.
