I had milia removal from Charlotte today and I am so happy with the results. She was friendly, welcoming and the treatment room was clean and lovely. I would definitely recommend.

The best decision I ever made was reaching out to Charlotte at skin FX studios. She's so so lovely and has completely transformed my skin. I've let her advise me all the way as I trust her advice completely. I've gone from NEVER leaving the house without make up and having to put a full face of make up on for zoom calls, to having the confidence to now go full days makeup free and LOVING it. I couldn't recommend her more.

Unfortunately this woman stole money from me - would not recommend and would never use her again. I was a regular client pre-lockdown & had two further appts booked before November lockdown which she cancelled. Tried to book in again from June this year multiple times but kept being told no availability for months and months and now none until next year. I have requested a refund for my money I had down on the two cancelled appts & she has refused with no understanding of the fact she cannot book me in or that its been a pandemic & she cancelled my treatments. Disgraceful customer service & quite frankly a thief. Every small business owner I have asked for advice on this has said that she should refund me. Disappointed.
