        This place really changed my life. I am so grateful i started my yoga/pilates journey here. Erika and all the teachers are amazing. I usually do my pilates class with Gosha and i love her style and the passion she put in each class. Monday and Friday night i treat myself with Erika's class, a great way to start and end your week

        A lovely local studio on my doorstep. As my first time going to a class I found the beginners lesson great. Im not the most body confident person however I felt relaxed from the get go.

        An Oasis, the best classes in London ever, great atmosphere and all the teachers i tried are great at making sure one is doing the right things and avoiding injuries. Highly recommended!
