yogahaven East Croydon

I cannot explain how much finding Yogahaven has enriched my health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. I've lived in Croydon for over a year now and only stumbled across Yogahaven as I was trying to find something else on Google maps, I wish I found it sooner and also started sooner. Everything about this studio is magical, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The instructors as amazing, so warm and comforting, the class is non judgemental with everyone at different stages in their yogi journey, the studio is clean and so calming. I can't imagine doing yoga anywhere else! I also love the fact that you get so much variety in the classes, from yin yoga to hot flow yoga. I absolutely love attending my regular classes with Summer (I love her, she is absolutely WONDERFUL in so many ways!!) and also the soundbath with Giap (the most beautiful soul!). Thank you for all that you do Yogahaven Croydon, I'll be in trouble if/when I move!! :)

I've been to Yoga studios all over London, and this place is by far the best! The teachers are all so warm and friendly and you never feel like you're doing something "wrong". Instead they gently guide you to figure out what works for you - which is what makes this place so special. I guarantee you'll leave your first class floating on a cloud - even if you spent the whole session lying on your back getting used to the heat!

This is a beautiful and welcoming space, I feel calmer every time I walk in the doors. The teachers that I've had the pleasure of meeting has been approachable and reassuring. I highly recommend trying a class, even if it's your first time in a studio!

Great hot yoga studio with a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend going there!
