I followed pregnancy yoga class in this place and it helped me a lot. The teachers are excellent, especially Carly who supported me not only on the exercises but also on the emotional side. I would highly recommend these courses to all pregnant women.

Awful experience. There was train cancellation this studio I called I am running two mins late. When I reached they didn't allowed me to enter awful experience I travelled from another city to attend the class paid the tickets and called as well on call she said okay. But when I arrived she didn't let me in awful experience.

Gentle atmosphere, calm and nice vibe. I've been doing the beginner class on Saturday morning. The teacher is encouraging and i think the class is a good pace to make everyone feel as challenged as they're ready to be. Feels like a warm safe space at the end of my trial I'm keen to start a monthly subscription, I think it's good value. Classes are the same price or lower than yoga prices have been the last 5 years at least and with inflation what it is atm that makes it v cheap I think.
