I recently joined Danielle PT session early this year. I had been looking for a PT for over 2 years specially someone who can guide you through nutrition plus mobility. Most trainers that I have had in the past 8 years actually take you on but never cover the basics of training or the nutritional side. And after extensive research I came across Danielle, who not only helped me understand the training methods and correcting my form but also keeping a track on my intake. I am extremely grateful that Danielle took me on and still going, every session is amazing and I look forward to each of those. Thank you Danielle you are doing an amazing job !!

Brilliant PT, I really enjoy working with Danielle. She is able to tailor my fitness and dietary goals alongside my very busy schedule with work. Also very flexible in her approach and has worked to build an exercise program that suits my needs despite previous sporting injuries from gymnastics. She helps to keep me motivated, is very knowledgeable in her field and I highly recommend her as a personal trainer

I started working with Danielle last year, previously I had only been doing home workouts so had no confidence with using gym equipment properly or even being in a gym. We had an introduction face to face to find out what my strengths and weaknesses were and what I wanted to focus on and get from the sessions, straight away Danielle made me feel comfortable and at ease and I knew I wanted to start my journey with her! Danielle has pushed me to where I want to get to and has been the motivation that I have needed. I began to see results within just the first few months! She is so adaptable and on days where things have been hard she has changed the workouts on the spot that help make things easier but still very effective. I cannot recommend working with Danielle enough!! Currently, I am not having one to one sessions with Danielle due to personal circumstances changing however she is still planning my workouts and regularly checks in to see how I am doing both on a personal level and a fitness level. Danielle motivates me to keep going with her bubbly personality and the dedication she has in her own fitness journey. She has given me a love for working out and being in the gym and I cannot wait to keep progressing and seeing the results we are achieving!

Jan 1st 2020 I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror and Id let everything go over Christmas . I was miserable and wanted to jump back into my old ways of just keeping stupidly low calories and doing cardio to lose weight . As a performer my mental health is directly related to my physical appearance . BUT I decided it was time for a change and was referred to Danielle . Over the next 6 weeks I learnt to actually EAT and to not only eat but to be consistent . Something Id failed miserably at. It was difficult at first to trust Danielle when she explained to me about consistency in calories and exercise and weight-loss but I trusted and 6 weeks later I had lost 5 cm round my waist and 5 kg !!!! She is determined and easy to talk to and motivational and has compelty shifted my way of thinking . Its an ongoing journey . I began with HIIT training to shift the initial Christmas weight and moved into weights and resistance which Ive always been intimidate by . She was very determined to help me, easy to talk to and motivational and has compelty shifted my way of thinking. Cut to Jan 2022 and Im still training 3/4 times a week , Maintaining my weight and have totally changed my Body composition Cant recommend Danielle enough
