We have a sensor in the prep bowl in our kitchen which was not retaining the proximity range. The sensor has been replaced free of charge and I cannot wait to get it back and have the use of our tap again. Huge thanks to Leo for sorting this out for us.

I fitted an autotap around 10 years ago, worked flawlessly since, until yesterday. I called them to ask for advice. I was stunned by the level of customer support that I received even after all of this time. They couldn't have been more helpful. I was asked to send photos of various parts so they could identify what I had purchased. It was all sorted, working again. First class customer support, and you can't say that often these days. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Good, clear website that has loads of details. Good quality taps that have survived years in our workshop environment Helpful email support and simple purchasing from Autotaps, both when we bought new kit and when ordering spare parts. Recommended.
