Bought the van three years ago new that was the easy bit. Forget the three year warranty. They never phone back waited eight months for parts then they fit them to another van then forget to order them again.when you do get them they don't work. service department Shocking won't be going back.

No value for money here and they really don't care about their customers (or maybe just us, a small business with 3 of their vans). We've been working with these guys for 7 years now so this is not a one off irritation. They used to be ok, we thought, but now we would not recommend going to this place, unless you feel like poor service with a shocking price tag. Sales department: the service is non existent these days. Ordered a 4th van from them in November 2021... we are STILL waiting (it's now Feb'23)!! We NEVER hear from them, have to chase and chase, every time we call for an update we get excuses. Service department: customer service is ok (was bad for a long time) BUT 8-10 week wait time to book a service (uhh, what if my van needs fixing now? Tough!) and the service costs are a JOKE, might as well have a fleet of Range Rovers. They recently charged us 1700 to replace an ignition barrel (which should surely never happen in 6yr old vehicle!?). They mark all issues as "red" so you think your vehicle is falling apart. In 2021 we had 2 of our vans (5+6yr old, low mileage) serviced, all issues were marked in red (supposedly all required urgent attention, which turns out they did not) and the total bill between them still came out to nearly 5k!! Could have purchased a whole new van with the money we've spent there. We will be taking our business elsewhere. AVOID. (Only giving 2 stars as it's not always been like this.)
