      • Very rude service, long wait in the photo queue. The staff were impatient just because of my hair on my forehead. And two service charges due to problems with your website!

        Contrary to what others are saying, my time at the Centre was quite good. The centre was super crowded and it was extremely difficult to get the appointment. However, this is the season time so not sure how this could be the fault of the centre. The lady and the guy at the Belgium application management desk were really helping as well. Got free in, around, 1 hour.

        Absolutely ridiculous service and helpless staffs working there.. I waited months together to get to this appointment at last to be told my passport is damaged and they cannot process the application with no refund or alternate appointment.. No empathy in staffs at all levels and I have been told to call customer care for all queries whatever I have or email..everyone please avoid this centre if you can
