        My son and I went to do our biometric 15 months ago..October 2021. That's the last time we saw our passport. Its not like they pick up their phone. And if they do nobody knows anything and they pass you on to someone else who doesn't know anything. I'm very upset as getting new passport is not easy since its not british passport. Please please someone help.

        The website is completely confusing and incomprehensible. very weak In all cases. The response is extremely weak and irresponsible and all phone numbers are blocked. Employees do not respect official response letters. Very bad and unpleasant
