That Staff Fiona is a magical lady, I can't believe she could even sort out that first generation oyster card for me, I have been spending a lot of time on phone to tfl office, a lot of time on doing the internet request form, and even got told off by the visitor centre in London Victoria staff, as they cannot sort this out... As my first generation oyster card is not responsive, and not able to update any information, I was fined with that card plus losing my my hard working money as the money inside that card, and she sorted it out beautifully!!! Very pleasant attitude, caring for those people who are struggling on even the daily life food ...
