Polski Supermarket Croydon

Shocking service. Not a single person who works there knows what cuatomer service is. All staff are rude and never smile. No wonder the shop is empty most of the time. Check expiry date on the products you buy as they dont seem to be checking it either. Lots of items out of date still sit on the shelves waiting to be picked up but someone oblivious and pay for soemthing what should have been bi need months ago. Parcel service is also very poor. Every time we have tried to send something we are being send to the back of the queue whilst they serve customers who are "buying things". Thank godness there is another polish shop few meters away with fresh products and lovely staff. Avoid this one at all costs as it seems like all they care about is money!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner of the shop, Singh Sethi. I will never ever step in that store again and will make sure let all my friends know about the humiliating service I have got. Not surprised why the shop is completely empty 10 out of 10 I walk pass. They say "A fish rots from the head down." There is a superb Polish shop 2 minutes away from there where they know how to talk to human beings with good manners and give polite and friendly service.
