I had a 9am appointment and the girl on reception I now know as Emma could not have been more rude if she had rehearsed it. She passed on a message to me and because I made an audible tut at the situation, Emma became annoyed and aggrieved exclaiming its not my fault it's not my fault... From the waiting room she decided to berate me to her colleagues not knowing I could hear. With what I was hearing I walked back to reception where she became silent. Emma and her colleagues turned to me as she asked if I wanted anything at which I said no...nothing however I stayed s fee moments longer in reception where the conversation did not continue. Funny that! The rate of 1 star is there because you do not have a minus star rating which I would give Emma for her lack of *Customer Service *Lack of Professionalism *Lack of understanding of the situation *Lack of Self Control. Since Calling to find out who to make my complaint to Emma felt the need to tell me she was rude to me because I was rude to her because she heard me "TUT' and there is no complaints department which I find more than a little suspect. WOW...Welcome to Customer Service in 21st century! The individual departments within Marco Polo House probably do an awesome job but the face of Marco Polo House Emma from my experience seriously needs to be addressed
