Very bad system to for inventory management. Their customer Support has lot of issues. Lots of conflicts and politics in their team. Not a stable company to work and grow. Their attrition rate is 90%. Nobody works here for more than 3 months, because of the bad bosses. Even for the customers, it's not a good system to use, especially when you have a restaurant business.. There are lot of other good systems in the market place. Go for any other system than this one. Other systems are cost effective whereas STou is very costly... As such this system hardly has 200 sites.. and they are in business for 2 decades yet they don't hold a good stake in the market.. The reason is poor service poor system poor people. Lot of mismanagement. Wrong people on top. And they don't integrate with any of the major accounting system Xero, QBO, QBD, Sage... They are atleast 10 years behind in technology to their competitors.. too much manual work. They say it's automated system which they bluff. There is no automation at all. Either you have to do your stock manually or you have to ask their staff to do it which they will charge.. they fool the customers. Don't fall into their trap.. Go for a better system... forget this.. The owners of this system have destroyed so many people's career and hence they have destroyed so many families.. Don't go for their service, instead use Market man, tevalis, tissl, roast, lights peed, oracle, aloha and the likes...

best stocktake software in the market. i used it at COYA restaurant and now at Meraki. The support service is 10 stars -- always prompt, quick and helpful.
