        My car key wasn't working and I rung them up and asked about key and they said pop in and they would check it for me they where very friendly and helpful i would recommend them

        Yesterday afternoon I was rushing to work and I needed my boots to be fixed before today and the kind lady did an amazing job with my boots and with making the process fast . Unfortunately, I did not get her name but her kindness made my day.

        Usually a 5 star. But was greeted by a new wretchedly unhappy and uncomfortable female staff member. That I actually left and went to the nearest Timpson shop. Lacks basic common sense and basic manners that you'd expect. I would never enter the shop if shes's working.
