Upper Crust East Croydon Station

Absolutely infuriated! Spent my last 20 note there on a coffee and breakfast muffin and received a rolled up broken tenner for change, I didnt check until I tried unsuccessfully to spend other shop, who thought I'd done it on purpose

WOW. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. 08/08/2019 Around 17:10pm I came to redeem my Vodafone voucher. So the lady was on the phone with someone. I had to shout out hello?? like 10 times. Once she seen me she was still having her phone in her hands and looking at me like: yeah? then I was in shock and I just stood there looking at her hand with phone. Then She was like: '' ok i will call you back''... Well never coming back for sure. Also pastries could be covered as its a massive station in between the open doors and 100 people walking past every day and dusty... And it didn't look very appealing. Please please train her on how to make Flat White and better customer service.

Omg as Vodafone customers and the very pricey line rentals we pay we get vouchers now and then to claim a free breakfast at uppercrust. The lady at uppercrust today is refusing to give out coffee and bacon rolls telling Vodafone customers to go down to the platforms. Knowing full well that is impossible due to the fact you need a ticket ticket to get past the barriers. She insults you more by telling you to have a nice day!!!! I have reported them to they're head office and complained to Vodafone about this disgraceful customer service uppercrust east Croydon conduct..
