        Tricky to get good atmosphere here. The pub is very small. Can get loud and stuffy quickly. Most sit outside out front, but it's right on a busy road. The seats outside are clean and robust however

        A lovely gem of a pub hidden away near East Croydon station. Short walk from the town centre. Outdoor seating and a traditional pub inside. Not many like this left, defo worth stopping by next time you're in Croydon.

        A nice friendly pub, they serve beers from Guiness draught to Neck Oil and do good lunches at reasonable prices. There's an upstairs room if it looks crowded, and outside is under cover with heat lamps.
