We have been in contact with Nic Lee for an ongoing issue, he sent numerous emails confirming a solution but never went ahead with it. Instead avoided answering my questions and lead the conversation away from the issue. We have the same experience with other team colleagues and they never answer any calls. We feel like they mislead us and leave out Important information that later comes up.

I have never had a worse experience in my life dealing with this company. Their unprofessionalism is just unbelievable. We were dealing with one of their agents Nic Lee and his lack of communication and then issuing myself and my partner with a massive bill without any prior notice is disgraceful. I have never see such incompetence.

Long story short, we got a couple of people around to look at leak issues and they said its caused by external seals. PMMS suggested they come look at our property along with a specialist. At the time they did not say we would be charged for this or how much it would be. This was agreed by Nic Lee. They came round and said the issue is caused by the washing machine (which after extensive surveys by John Lewis we found out it wasn't). A month later pmms sends us an invoice of 600 for 15 minutes of specialist time. We refused to pay as it was never agreed. They threatened to get credit control involved and we paid eventually, but during this distressed time they made it much worse. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
