        I've rented a room in Putney from them, generally the process was quick and decent but they barelly speak english. The main problem was that after 2 weeks from moving in, we had visitors for the flat as this was on the market to be sold! We have never been told anything about this when viewing and discussing about the flat. Its ridiculous how agents operate just to get their commission!
