South End Post Office

Fantastic, warm and friendly service! Advice always offered (and very happily received!) on the different prices and services, and it is always such a joy to speak with the owners. If only every post office was like this!

I walk twice as far to get to this post office rather than use the closer one to me. I send a lot of stuff as I work from home and the service is simply fantastic - polite, friendly, efficient and always helpful with advice on the best way to send something. I know that it is 'only' a post office but they are not all the same and this is by far the best!

Unfriendly customer service. I walked here with my dog and I thought it would be an Amazon locker/hub outside but it was inside at the end of the shop. The staff said dogs are not allowed and said there was no Amazon locker in there (which I mistaked with the hub), so they sent me out. I understand dogs are not allowed inside the shop, but it is common courtesy to ask people nicely and help them find what they are looking for. Consider some people might have never been in your shop and they don't know their way / the dog policy.
