Post Office Croydon

I went in there today and one member of staff made me feel very upset. Said my voucher wasnt working and that I must be lucky to be given money regularly. Who the heck does he think he is. Never going in there again. Every other post office sorts it out every single time for me. He shouldnt have a job. Also none of his business about my money either.

My dad needed help with something and he asked the guy on the self checkout (that should help people) he was just super rude and after he saw a lady with very short white/blonde hair from the stuff, again she looked my dad dead in the eyes and just ignored him talking to her and continued her way. Horrible experience. The few stuff he tried to talk were very rude.

Rude member of staff who shows not one single piece of customer service politeness. An attitude fit for a 13 year old not a full grown woman. They wonder why machines are replacing them and this is why.

Very very good service. All the staff members are very helpful. This morning I was served by a gentleman, I guess his name is Adrian, was very kind and helpful. Thank you all of you.
