Pizza Express

A great place to pop in for a meal with a friend. It was fast, efficient and the new refurb and more soft furnishings mean that the thing I used to not enjoy about Pizza Express has gone away - it was always noise and the drop of a knife would be a clattering conversation stopper. Not any more. Now it's much more cosy, and it's quiet enough to have a good conversation, hear each other, yet feel the privacy of not sitting on top of each other. The pizzas were good, and arrived within minutes of us ordering. Tasty and fresh, and with so many options it's easy to recommend this for a night out with friends. Probably not so much for a full on romantic meal. Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see at least 5 things on the menu that I could eat, several of which could be made vegan. Moreover, the attention of the waitstaff is good and 'on it' - highlighting options and giving a heads up on something we'd not considered

Had a great lunch with a work mate yesterday. Both of us had exactly the same; Squid for starters, Pollo ad Astra pizza for mains...excellent ! Friendly staff and efficient service.

Manager (lovely lady from Spain) best host I've ever seen.. my daughter is learning Spanish and she encouraged her to speak it. Food fab.. I'd recommend the pesto pasta.. would defo come again..

Me and my daughters love coming to Pizza Express. The service is really good. I would definitely recommend the place for price and quality. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
