I have had worst and by that I mean that taste wise it was not bad st all but awful way it was cooked dow should have been crispier, big flop as Dave Portnoy will put it, cheese slipped off even after 10 min of leaving it to cool down. Decent Neapolitan pizza , worth to try to see for yourself.

Pizza was suppose to taste good but was ruined by the burnt crust and rancid tasting olive oil. Waiting time was double compared to what was initially advised. Seems to prioritize online orders than in-store, preparation seemed to be hurried. No value for money. Ended up more than half of the pizza to the bin.

Ordered via Deliveroo, which turned out to be a lot more hassle than it was worth. The driver could not find our address. So, after being on the phone with the driver and literally standing on the street for about 20 minutes trying to catch him, I called the restaurant (Fatto a Mano BOXPARK Croydon) but was told very rudely its not their problem, we must sort it out with Deliveroo. Not wanting to refund our money, Deliveroo insisted that the driver will eventually find out address which he did 45 minutes later and we got ice cold pizza. We re heated the pizza and the taste was ok. Hated that the pizza topping is not fresh (tinned or out of a jar pepper, which were really sweet), the cheese doesnt seem to melt when reheating and stayed a blob of white stuff in the middle of the pizza, making is very soggy. We had heard good things, so this was our first experience and probably last.
