Surreywide Wasp Control

Great advice and a speedy efficient service.

Whilst gardening, I disturbed a wasp nest inside a small hole in a brick wall and got stung 7 times! Called Surreywide and a guy turned up within a couple of hours. The wasps were an angry swarm and chased him after he sprayed inside the hole destroying the nest. Comical to see thought thankful that he was wearing protective clothing.... Job done in minutes and all wasps gone

I called this business with a reasonable belief that there was a wasp nest located in a bush in my front garden (I and a child were bitten and the child had seen the nest). The 'expert' arrived shortly after my call, however after inspection claimed that there was no nest present. A 20 call out fee was charged. In the weeks following this I kept noticing large numbers of wasps continuously flying in and out of the bush, and myself as well as a child were bitten again. I decided to inspect the bush myself once again, and after successfully cutting out part of the bush, I was able to see a very large nest. I called this business again, and was informed that I would have to pay a further 20 to have this nest removed. Eventually a refund was issued and I called another company to come and remove the nest. The call out time was quick and precise but I cannot recommend Surreywide Wasp Control for I do not trust them, nor am I satisfied with their service.

Booked appointment, and had been to the property before. Cancelled after the appointment as couldnt get there due to road diversions. Told he would not reschedule as not worth his time. Really poor customer service.
