        I didn't enjoy training until I started having consistent PT sessions with Warren, he completely transformed the way I think about exercise & nutrition. Warren's expert knowledge, guidance & patience helped me achieve my goals of being healthier and stronger both physically and mentally. Very supportive and encouraging, I would highly recommend!

        Just over a year ago I asked Warren Johnstone to help me with my posture and general fitness - I am over 70 years old. Since then I have had regular training sessions with Warren and I am pleased with the results. The sessions are designed to address my particular issues; every session is different and they are never boring. Warren is a knowledgeable and conscientious trainer and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

        Master Mind Frames is rightly identified. Warren has the passion and deep awareness of his craft that I was encouraged mentally throughout his 1v1 training. I was rightly educated practically about the connection of the body to the mind, and was given nutritional advice- so that the results were garenteed outside of the session. I can not express enough of how much I enjoyed the session and how many of my friends and family will be hearing of this positive experience! Thank you so much Master Mind Frames!!!

        I have been training with Warren since last year. He is very professional and has lots experience on all sorts of injuries, on healthy eating and Callanetics training. I have knee injuries and we have worked on my knee to make it stronger. I have s rotator cuff tear and Warren has been working with me to make my shoulder stronger prior to my surgery. Warren listens to what his clients want and what suits them, Warren is always motivating. He cares about his clients too.I would recommend him

        Extra care taken to understand any injuries and work around those. Multiple techniques and approaches taken to suit the individual rather than the usual PT approach. Can definitely recommend.
