I am heading into my third set of sessions with John and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Friendly, personable & as Head PT at MYPT studio too, well...he knows his stuff! I started at MYPT over a year ago on the 6 week challenge. I met John in a Lean session where he said why dont you try a class called Muscle. Now...muscle sounded scary, seriously. Big men and weights is all I could think about anyway I am safe to say Muscle is now a class I do 3-4 times a week on top of my 1:1s with John. What I am trying to get to is the fact that from the off he was so helpful & attentive in making sure you are doing the exercises right and pushing you to do more within your capabilities. Now I can lift heavier then my own body weight and less press x4 my own bodyweight which I never ever thought I could do. John has guided me and pushed me that little bit harder which is the extra bit of confidence sometimes we all lack. So progression for me is noticeable week on week and the studio has become my 2nd home. He adapts if one week you may be feeling that tired from those added hours from work in the week. John makes you feel comfortable and talks you through everything so you can completely engage body to mind and mind to body. I would recommend him ten fold. Thanks for all your help John, the energy & the learning! here is to growing my Jet from the Gladiators body!
