I began training with Lee following a recommendation from one of my close friends and would most certainly recommend him to others. My goals were to improve my confidence, form, load and reps when strength training. Lee has supported with all of these and I have achieved several PB's. Lee is a great trainer; his tips on form are spot on and he really encourages you to do your best. Outside of the sessions he provides workouts via an app, reviews your "weekly check-ins" for accountability and has a goup whatsapp where useful tips and learnings can be shared with his other clients.

I met Lee as soon as I started training at MYPT hed always give me useful little tips here and there. After a few weeks we agreed to start training/coaching sessions annoyingly this is when lockdown kicked in. So for weeks and weeks of the first lockdown I was taking part in his online training sessions and then started with one to ones when restrictions eased. Lee is a very knowledgeable trainer and knows how to make sessions enjoyable while setting new goals and targets weekly. When I started training with Lee I was a scrawny 68kg after about 3/4 maybe even 5 months of training I had grown to about 84kg granted I had gained a bit of fat too because I was bulking but ultimately I was extremely happy with the results that I had I gained after such a short period of time. Definitely recommend!!! Great trainer. Great guy !

Lee took my fitness and training to new levels, helped me get the best form for lifting, and as a result I saw significant gains quiet quickly. He also worked with me, instead of forcing me into a preset programme, gave me excerises that slowly built my confidence and ability without ever putting me off from coming back for the next session, which is awesome! Hes a legend, 100% recommend him for anyone looking to train and improve!
