ARC Osteopathy Croydon

I had terrible problems with 3 slips disks in my lower back. I'd seen chiro's and physio's for years and finally was recommended to see Alan- it was the best thing I've ever done. Alan sorted out my back almost at the first visit and now, it must be 3 years later, it still hasn't popped again, as I visit Alan every two or three weeks just to keep my back in a good state. If you have a bad neck, back or whatever, Alan is the person to see and I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Alan and all the osteopaths at ARC Osteopathy have always provided great service to me over the years. After a recent shoulder injury, I sought treatment from Manmohan. As a result of his excellent skills, he was able to identify an area that was contributing to the injury away from the shoulder. The treatment plan was thoroughly explained by Manmohan, as well as the biomechanics of the area (most of which went over my head)! Thanks to his care, I am experiencing a great deal less pain in my shoulder. In my experience, Manmohan was very courteous and professional, and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking osteopathy treatment at ARC.

I was experiencing headaches for a number of years and could feel it coming from my neck. My sister had recommended ARC Croydon . Popped down there met with Manmohan and he sorted it out in one session. Very good experience. Would highly recommend.
