Boots Opticians

10/10 experiance unlike my visual acuity. Very thorough assessment from optician and staff who scanned my eyes. Also had very detailed explanation of the problem. Big Thank you to Janet who put up with my indesicion and procrastination choosing a frame and to Marie for putting up with my child like behaviour when I realised I could see. Would highly recommend OCT scan I will be going back,. a opthalmic jewel in the Crown of Croydon

Went there couple 3ish months ago. Eye check was correct, however the staff was really patronising. It felt like Im a kid whos doing some sort of Knowledge test about eye contacts/glasses; when I replied incorrectly I was frowned upon. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I dont think I will be back there any time soon.

Absolutely terrible. I have just found out that I have been wearing the wrong glasses for 2 years. Instead of giving me the reading glasses I went in there for they gave me glasses with long distance lens. It is only now when I have gone into another Boots opticians and asked them to check my current glasses that I have discovered what the Croydon store have done. It's unbelievable. I have tried calling the store to complain but it is impossible to get through.

I escorted my other half here for her eye test. She said the optician Amaka and the staff members who attended to her Nikki & Hazel were brilliant in the care she received. Everything she needed to know was explained thoroughly and in an unhurried manner. Thank you ever so much.

These guys do not pick up their calls. I need my prescription as I've recently moved. I'm not surprised though, when I attended an appointment the staff were subsequently walking pass the handset which was ringing constantly. They lack a lot of integrity, when dealing with customers, they only do the bare minimum appointments.
