Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Croydon Church Street

My wife and I needed eye test so we've booked appointments and today was our visit. We've been greeted by nice guy behind the counter. The test itself was with amazing eye specialists, they both were very attentive and with knowledge. Took very good care of us and our eyes. After all that, only one of us needed glasses. After long search we found something we liked. Saj was the one helping us with measurements, and must say she was absolutely star. Took her time to explain everything we needed to know (this was our first time) and first glasses. The whole team in this store are the greatest. Very polite and making your visit pleasant. Thank you so much for your help.

Have used this branch for a serious amount of years,1st class service, they have saved me twice, 1st time they noticed a serious problem and had surgery on both eyes, if it wasn't for their expertise today I would be blind. 2nd time is more recent and saved my modesty where the elastic broke on my tights and started to fall down and they let me use their toilet to fix them. They are ledgens,am referring to the staff.

Mmm. Where do I start.. the lady that greeted me and did my I tests.. I had to repeatedly ask her to speak up as I couldn't hear what she was saying (I'm hard of hearing and wear a visible hearing aid). Then was told to sit outside the the room. Out popped a man, who informed me he was going to do my test.. no, are you comfortable having a man do your test. After this the man who allegedly going to helpe choose my glasses wasn't listening to what I liked and didn't like.went to pay, for my glasses to be told because of Easter they could take up to three weeks (Easter is only two working days). Went to pick them up, to be ignored for a good 5 minutes, while staff had a chat!! Then a young lady went and got my glasses, she informed me that she was new at the job, and continuely sniffed while speaking to me. She was unable to answer smiple questions and kept having to go and find someone to help. All in all not a good service this year.. will I go back next year.. to be honest I'd have to really think about it. where was Helen?? That lady knows her job and could show the new comers how to treat and speak to customers..
