Although staff are wonderful they are overworked and to few in numbers. There is no adequate care. A resident needing help can wait far too long. A 90 + woman was left sitting in the bathroom for 30 mins. The place is lovely the food very good but the LACK OF CARE IS TERRIBLE.

I just wanted to share with anyone that plans to put your loved ones in this facility. The amount of money that you pay you should expect 5 stars . This is not the case !!!! Signatures staff is very friendly, but are over worked. They need to hire more staff to provide for all the people that stay here . The management is severely lacking !! The grounds and building look great , but the service you receive is lacking greatly . If you look under the reviews you will see that the majority of them are completed by the people who work at the facility. Great way to boost your stars , but very inaccurate.

My mother is a resident at Signature, does not have dementia and pays 123,874.40 per annum for room fee and care fee. For that amount you would expect 5 star service. Unfortunately, Signature does not provide anything close to a 5 star service. Most of the reviews are written by senior staff/ management personnel of Signature and as Ergo correctly states that is a massive red flag. Not only is it unethical for an interested party to review itself, it renders such reviews worthless. Sadly, Ergos review is accurate. Signature is so focused on shareholder value, it is neglecting its most important stakeholders, the residents and the low paid carers, without whom it wouldnt have a business. To quote a former British Prime Minister, this is the unacceptable face of capitalism.
