My first visit to Hartwig Solicitors was on 10th May 2021 Today 9th March 2022 was my second visit Both my visits were without booking an appointment as I needed to get a notary done ASAP Both occasions, I was attended to by solicitor Janet Aspden most professionally She remembered me from my first visit She was busy with a client when I walked in but still managed to greet me As soon as she was finished with her client, she attended to me even though her next client would be there soon as she noticed I was looking distressed She kindly and patiently listened to my situation and did the notary for me within minutes She also gave me personal advice when I asked her about updating my will I was most grateful that she took time and did not rush me when her next client arrived I highly recommend her to all my friends PS The fees for doing the notary has gone up this year but Janet charged me the old rate I would have paid her the new rate gladly as her service was brilliant each time but was pleased that she had given me a discount I will definitely be having her to do my will and lasting power of attorney Thank you Janet Mrs Caselton
