Elegant Nails

First time using this Salon as Ive just moved to the area. Did not feel welcome when I entered given away by the wary eyes following my every move. Didnt get any service for nearly an hour and staff came across very abrupt and rude, definitely did not want to deal with a POC as the other customers were treated exemplary. Dont usually write reviews but this place was terrible. Will not be back. Service: Men's manicures

Went to this nail salon a few times and I couldnt complain my nails looked beautiful. They were done to perfection and the detail of the designs were exactly how I wanted. The staff were friendly at the beginning and its a peaceful shop. It started going downhill when I went on a quiet day and it was one member of staff. The service was fine until he started to complain that my hand was stiff. He kept on telling me to relax and was very rough and pushing my hand and bending it and pulling my arm forward. Ive been getting my nails done for years and Ive never experienced this type of behaviour and Ive not been told my hand placement is stiff. I went to other nail salons after this experience and have not been told this either. When I showed him the design I wanted he got impatient and told me to change the settings on my phone to keep the picture on lock so he can do the design nice for me. He showed me very quickly without properly explaining how and when I looked confused he got even more annoyed and started having a tantrum and said oh my god and he told me to leave it. After continuing rough handling it got very awkward. He apologised repeatedly and explained that he was unwell, they were short on staff and it was just him. I felt a bit down and embarrassed when leaving but I still admired my nails. Since he apologised I wanted to leave what happened behind and return again. I was humiliated. This time there were more customers and staff in the shop and he started bending and pushing my knuckles and even stopped what he was doing a few times so he could push and twist and pull my hand. He slapped it and started hurting me. The other staff member started watching and didnt say anything and other people in the shop were looking too. After not even finishing my nails he got up and stormed off without saying anything and the other lady had to finish my nails. After leaving I cried and I will not be returning. Its a shame since they did such a good job and I was a loyal and friendly and polite customer who admired there work. I now have to travel far to salons as this was my local, to ones that are not as good with the nails but have better service. Services: Nail designs, Nail extensions

Staff arent that friendly, the guy who did my nails was pretty rough. Also why would u use a nail drill instead of just filing? Its very damaging especially for people with thin nails.
