Dealt with Sam and his technicians today after being let down by another phone shop (mobile and bitz) that just wasted my time. My P30 Pro screen had malfunctioned and was no longer working and with no recent backup I required the screen to be working in order to backup pictures and videos. Many shops can replace a screen but I also wanted all the original functions to work. I've been to 3 different mobile shops and all failed to ensure the fingerprint scanner was working after the screen replacement. Sam and his Technicians managed to get my screen replaced within 3hrs of leaving the phone with them AND the finger print scanner was functional. A lot of these shops get a bad rep, but this is the place to go to in Croydon if you need your phone fixed for any reason. Very professional, they look the part and they deliver on what they say they'll do.
