After visiting this clinic for a blood test to investigate my low energy levels I discovered I had low testosterone. Not only have they helped diagnose this but they've also helped treat it with ongoing daily TRT. It's been an absolute game changer for me and I'm so glad I came here. Cannot recommend enough!

The actual massage itself was good but the therapist lacked emotional intelligence. Unfortunately the treatment was far from calming and relaxing. The owner/therapist should've known better than to initiate a discussion around such a contentious topic on BLM during a treatment! Also, it's not funny nor professional to suggest your male customers are coming into your shop to pick up women. Lastly, if a customer pays for a 90min treatment, you either honour it or give them a choice to change it for something else rather than insist on something that was never requested to begin with. Ive been coming to Urban Medi Spa for several months now to have laser hair removal done. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is considering getting this done (and I have recommended them to friends etc). I am having an intimate area done and Kat has made me feel comfortable at all times and is really nice and chatty. I am impressed with the results from the laser and the area in question has almost no hair now. They are also competitively priced. You can get package deals or just single sessions, which I really like as some places try to book you into an expensive package. Also the laser isnt as painful as I thought. I would describe it as briefly uncomfortable. Id give 6 starts if I could, thanks guys! Service: Laser hair removal

I booked in for braids and a treatment. Firstly she didnt detangle my hair she went straight into washing it then upon blow drying it hurt and she was doing it from root to end which isnt right as that causes breakage. Instead of being placed under a steamer for the treatment I was put in a dryer I couldnt believe it what a waste of the 60 the treatment cost. Unfortunately due to a schedule conflict I opted to change the braids to feed-in cornrow which she claimed she could do after showing her a picture. To my horror she was unable to my horror she didnt know how to do it. It was lumpy and bulky then claiming its the way my edges are or whatever rubbish was said. I showed her a video of me with the style and still she didnt know how to get it done. So I asked her to just do under wig cornrow which she then used gel on each row after me having a treatment I was like this is basic cornrow gel isnt needed and I would then need to wash my hair out in a few days due to it drying out my hair. I am highly disappointed I traveled far and was really annoyed when I left. Basic stuff and it couldnt be done waste of time and money. They need to find better trained person to take over this service
