Winning a prize in a prize draw is something that never happens to me. The support and communication from the organisers were incredible: I was given all the information I needed and they also responded sooooo quickly to queries. Fantastic break for my family.

We had the most amazing two days in London after being the lucky winners of a competition! Becky organised everything from hotels, trains, taxis etc. and everything ran so smoothly. Communication with Becky was seamless and she is so friendly & accommodating! Thank you so much everyone at Element for a fantastic time

My wife and I won a weekend trip to Ireland staying at the stunning Kilronan Castle Hotel & Spa from TKMAXX Treasure rewards. Couldn't believe it! The trip included a spa treatment which was amazing, use of the spa facilities, afternoon tea and dinner, flights and car rental all paid for! It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Rebecca at Element - The Prize & Incentive coordinated and managed the whole booking arrangements and was so helpful and reassuring every step of the way. She gave regular updates on everything throughout the process and was always incredibly helpful with any questions I had leading up to the trip. She is a credit to the company! I would like to give our sincerest thanks and gratitude to TKMAXX and Rebecca for such a wonderful experience.
