        As my claim was below 500 I was told I would receive my payment immediately. It has been now over two months since I sent all they requested, I have chased the payment every week once or twice, all I get told is that they have passed the information to the right team via their chat. No one clearly seems to care as to date I have not received a penny. Shocking service!

        DO NOT USE! we had all our belongings stolen and Ive only had 3 emails In response, asking questions they have the answer to. Extremely disappointed. If you are insured already, dont give up. If youre owed, they have to pay. We arent giving up.

        Useless claim management. It took me 4 moths, 6 mails (most of them unanswered) and at least 4 reminder calls to get refunded. Only calling brought results. Otherwise my claim was forgotten. Avoid this company.

        AVOID Sold me Missed Event Ticket Insurance then said I wasn't eligible for the insurance when I went to file the claim. Completely different insurance claim than what was attached in my order! SCAMMERS!

        Awful company, not the real Allianz. This is a dodgy uk version which does not pay out for claims. Do not trust them. Took 8 months to get just a fraction of what I was told would be paid. Don't be conned by this company!
