(Translated by Google) We stayed 4 days at this hotel and we took advantage of the breakfast package; we found ourselves very well, the rooms were clean, the staff very kind and the breakfast was also good! The proximity to the stations is excellent and allows you to reach London in 15/20 minutes. Rooms: Camere nuove e pulite!

Impressed by the fittings, the manger was very unhelpful and had a aura of laziness surrounding her upon arrival, the premier inn across the road has very flexible check in times and will not charge you 75 for arriving early which is a joke, a good service and guest accommodation from the staffs point of view was beyond there comprehension. Id highly avoid if you wish to be treated as a human being

For me this is re wrapping an old hotel with a new logo. Formally Jury's Inn now Leonardo Hotel is giving Hermes now EVRi vibes. I was allocated an accessible room to begin with which was awful so moved. That bathroom I have included in the photos to show how shabby it is, there is no way I would have used that bathroom and paid 130 to stay there. The second room was Ok. Clean and bright well presented but the bathrooms are tiny and the same as they have always been formally as Jury's Inn. The interconnecting room was occupied next to us and really noisy, walls are thin! I had to call down to reception to asked to be moved again! But due to the oversold rooms this was not possible. For one night we grinned and bared it! The location is bitter sweet. This area of Croydon can be full of homeless people occupying the underpass (where we navigated around human feces!) to the Whigift car park and shopping centre and drug users just outside of the hotel on the same road BUT the short walk to East Croydon station makes it highly accessible and convenient into central London if you need to save money rather than paying central London prices. I would say this is good for low budgets but any longer than 1 night could be questionable.

Food & drinks: Me and my auntie only had the breakfast while staying at the hotel, but I was severely disappointed. The poorly cooked hot food was constantly empty and we had to fight to get a waiters attention just so they could fill it up, but multiple times we were left waiting. The drinks station was constantly empty with staff not bothering to top them up. When we alerted the staff the hot drink machine wasnt working we were simply told that yes it was and we were left without. On another note there never seemed to be any toast or pastry of any kind, the baskets where all left empty and it appeared that none of the staff could be bothered to rectify these issues even when notified. Noteworthy details: I think its important to mention I was immediately shocked with the level of customer service. The receptionists were dealing with a couple and their two children who had been booked into the wrong room by a third party company when we checked in. Rachel who i noticed was reception manager was just getting angry and wasnt understanding at all with their situation and offered no help. We were checked in so didnt get a chance to see if they were helped or not, but when we left the hotel half an hour later they were still there waiting. We felt like we should offer to switch rooms because we had extra room but realised it was the hotels position to rectify the issue not us. I think its appalling customers could be treated like that and that the receptionists were so unaccommodating and rude.
