Rooms: Good, clean rooms. No view or nice touches but does exactly what it says for the money. Acceptable. Food & drinks: Restaurant not really worth using when there are better alternatives nearby.

The manager at this location told my wife when she came down with our two kids for breakfast that only one kid eats free and that next time she would have to pay for the extra child. This was totally false. I later went down to reception to speak to that person. The manager Deepak said that he had no idea who would have said that to my wife. My wife then came down and pointed the gentleman out and it was the manager, Deepak. Things went from bad to worse with my conversation with Mr. Deepak. Needless to say, my stay there was very disappointing because of this. Everyone else there was polite and friendly. Just a heads up to everyone, if you're told only one child eats breakfast for free per adult, that is false. If anyone else reads this and has a similar experience with this location and manager, please reach out to me. Thank you, and enjoy Croydon, and visiting London.
