MyPT The Gym

Over promise under deliver !!!!! Here is why they get 2 stars. 100 percent agree about the person having to put in 100% effort to get back what they are looking for. They give a good spill about how much they support you, the the real truth behind it is talk. Their version of follow up is send constant messages, no phonecall unless you call them. For 400 pounds over 6 weeks I felt cheated but that's just me maybe it works for the average. Since finishing my 6 that turned into 8 due to illness I haven't even heard from anyone, nothing nada, they were happy to give the great speech if I had not complained they would have just kept my money. After I posted this 2 star review someone did call after the fact !!!!

The best gym in croydon (if not the whole London)! The amount of support I have received during my first 6 weeks was incredible. You can feel that personal trainers care about you and your goals, and there is no judgement, which was super important for me.

Great gym different to others. Good vibe and the staff members are great. The small group sessions have changed my way of working out. It has benefited me both physically and mentally.

I joined MyPT in January '23 after a few years of absence from gym workouts. I signed up to the MyPT Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) Foundation program which lasted for 6 weeks. The MyPT team helped me with varied levels training activities, follow ups, nutrition advice, and weekly coaching. Thanks to the MyPT team, the program helped me achieve the result I expected and get back into a gym routine. The gym itself is quite well designed and equiped with ample training machines and free weights. Highly recommend MyPT for anyone looking a quality gym and/or personal training!
