        A great way to get back into training. The trainers are always there to help you with form or push you harder. Ive been to a few F45 and this is one of my faves

        I recently moved to London and starting F45 is one of the best decisions I've made. The work outs are challenging but enjoyable. I always leave happy and feeling great! It's a really nice community of encouraging people. Highly recommend!

        I was pretty apprehensive turning up to my first session of a two week trial, so I wanted to say a massive thank you the Wandsworth team for all your support, patience and cheerleading over my first 8 sessions. Ive never been a big gym bunny and the thought of going to a regular gym and learning the ropes was a little intimidating. I have already noticed some results and feel much stronger / healthier than before. Thanks again to the Wandsworth team!
