Greek on the Street Croydon

This place used to be ok, good tasting food, decent portions and good value. The last few times I've ordered here I've waited ages (both in shop and via Uber) the wraps are so, so bland and the portions I'm sure are smaller. You know the food is not good when I could make better at home. Will do that next time and save time and money and enjoy my meal more.

Avoid! The worst souvlaki Ive ever had. Ordered on Uber eats, not only was part of the order missing but the food was appalling. The chicken was cold dry and grey, there was no sauce, no salad (unless a tiny bit of onion counts) and the chips were hard. The halloumi fries arrived squashed and stuck to the bottom of the box- I counted just 5 in total! I was so traumatised I had to go to the Little Greece stall in Crystal Palace the next day to remind myself that good quality souvlaki does exist in London.

Echo the sentiments of recent reviewers - this place has gone to the dogs. Used to be decent a few years ago but not the quality has plummeted. Ordered from Deliveroo this evening and the food turned up stone cold (the driver picked up and delivered promptly) and the food tasted as if it had been made days ago. Food was thrown in the bin, what a waste.
