  • Rogue Landlord & Lettings Agents

A collection of ill equipped, incoherent, inconsistent & incompetent individuals that insidiously attempt to antagonise people until they snap. Then they cancel your universal credit. . During an appointment I politely asked my Work Coach if she wouldnt mind stop sending personal messages on her phone while shes supposed to be helping me. She then got very awkward and her Manager came racing over. . The managers interactions with her left me thinking they must be mother & daughter or relatives. . The manager is the short & rotund black female sitting on the first desk on the right. She then proceeded to waste over an hour of my life, by failing to answer any of the 4 questions I asked. . Another 15 months of my life was wasted, by being reassigned to literally every new employee in that department. . Ultimately this all came crashing to an end after I used the online journal to again air my concern of been given conflicting information by 5 different members of staff. Two weeks went by, no one had responded and I was back in for another appointment. . I again asked for clarification of their policy pertaining to restarting self employment. Id previously asked on 15 separate occasions. The work coach then replied this is straightforward, its on the GOV.UK website. I reminded her there are no policy documents available there. The work coach said no Im wrong, its there. I then asked if it is there why hasnt her, her manager or 5 other colleagues been aware of what it says or been able to direct me to it in 15 months? . Her response was why are you shouting, I replied by saying I wasnt shouting, then said THIS IS ME SHOUTING. Theres a massive difference. She then replied thats it Im cancelling your universal credit because youve shouted ant a staff member and youll need to reapply. . The short & rotund manager then saw this as her opportunity to jump up and retaliate for me asking her daughter / relative to stop messaging on her phone

Horrible service, rude woman ( Mary ) incapable of doing her job properly while giving the worst customer service as arrogant as she is. Can't even bother to have good manners. I am grateful that I have a job because it must be difficult for people who don't and have to deal with this kind of treatment as if they're begging as if it's not their right to live properly like human beings. I was disgusted by her behaviour even animals don't treat each other like that.

I really wanted to say thank you for the outstanding service I received today. I arrived for my appointment to be told it had been cancelled. I had my baby boy with me and it had been a stressful journey to get down on time. An amazing lady helped me (I didn't get her name but she was sat at the first desk on the first floor). She arranged a new appointment for me there and then with her colleague Philip. Philip was so helpful and kind and a real asset to Croydon Job Centre. Thank you both for your help today, a little kindness goes a long way.
