Evershed Brothers Wandsworth Funerals

Used Evershed Brothers for my mother and was handle with 100% care and beautifully done with the horse & carriage. They was so patient with me and my siblings very understanding and always reinsured us on things to make sure we was comfortable on things we was doing . I would definitely recommend Evershed Brothers to other people

APPALLING UNDERTAKERS If I could leave a minus one star I most certainly would! I had the very unfortunate need to complain to this company for the very bad care of my late aunty. Circumstances were out of my control when her funeral was arranged, and to all intent and purposes on the surface the funeral service was handled with reverence accordingly BUT the care of my aunty leading up to this point was of an appalling standard. My family were very regrettably unable to proceed with the formal complaints procedure due to the 'executor' of the funeral plan refusing her consent to proceed. A complaint was made to the company in the first instance but after a vey limited response to our points of fact, were avoided and not adressed as you would expect given our level of upset. The premises leave a lot to be desired on many levels. We cannot change what has happened, but would not like to see another family go through this heartbreak hence this review, beware undertakers DO NOT have accountability, most certainly not in this case.

Handled both my parents' funerals with efficiency and tact. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
