Staff are nice but food has gone from "inconsistent" to "always terrible". Every hot pastry I've bought has instead been stone cold, overcooked and dry as if it was hours ... more

They usually have everything available which kinda also is the downside as they don't reheat the items, we get cold servings and our experience is sometimes ruined.
