        I had spent months trying to get quotes from other companies who never responded to emails or returned phone calls. By chance I came across Southern Foam and half-heartedly rang them not expecting much! From the moment Laurie answered the phone and we discussed my requirements, she sounded professional and wanted to capture what needed to be done; she went the extra mile to make sure the new foam was the right density and that it was shaped and fitted perfectly. Today everything was delivered and fitted and I am 200% pleased with the outcome and the service provided. An EXCELLENT SERVICE. I'd give it another star!

        Sadly the customer service is terrible. The work looks great, however I emailed twice and went in three times but never got a quote or response despite multiple promises. Disappointing as I wanted to support a local business which seems to have good reviews.

        They re-covered our worn-out dining chairs, which now look better than new. Excellent, friendly, speedy service. Definitely recommend.
