This used to be a decent place. Now it is overpriced and the staff is just rude and disrespectful. Coming to the food, see the picture I attached, got wings and the chicken pieces were actually fully black in colour under the coating. Ask for a leg piece and they will purposely give you a breast. Despite leg pieces being there visible on the counter heating area. Avoid

Terrible service! Did not help when their delivery driver did not deliver for over an hour, did not care that the food was cold and wet - have been a loyal client but will never order again from them after such disgraceful attitude customer service.

The food was tasty, however the chicken was under cooked when I took the chicken back to show them that the chicken was raw inside the lady with glasses was making stupid excuses rather than willing to give me a fully cooked chicken.She was very rude and had no manners and was very argumentative. Did not accept the chicken was under cooked, it was red and had blood inside it. When another man came to apologise for her behaviour. In her language [which was Urdu] she said to the man "There is no point talking to these people, they will not understand", thinking I will not understand what she said to him. After I emphasised that the chicken was unsafe to eat and if they did not accept it was under cooked and unsafe to eat I will take a picture and report to the health and safety department. I WILL NEVER GO TO RIO'S AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE SIMPLY BECAUSE THE CHICKEN IS NOT SAFE TO EAT!

They missed item all the time other than that food is perfect Just checked prices they increase prices too much also quality of food decrease on the name of cost of living they are taking a piss whole chicken 17.99 wow you can get more than 4 chicken and cook at home

Few days ago I tried Chicken wings and it made me so sick, it was poison and since then Im not feeling well at all.
