Food took over an hour, turned up stone cold and they refused to re-cook the order. Rude and unhelpful. Avoid.

Very very bad service.Rude staff seemed to want us out as quick as possible. Food was 40% deep fried batter in most cases. Not tasty at all. Our pets eat better than this. I complain to council to take action on this .

I used to go to the Tooting branch often and was passing high street Croydon today so thought I would pop in. Within seconds of me walking through the door I heard someone from the back ask a colleague to serve the gentleman (me) waiting. Someone came from the back. I am now stood in front of him waiting for him to acknowledge me. The member of staff is watching something on his phone. Im quite an easy going person. So if he is doing his job, him being on his phone does not really bother me. But I continued to wait. No eye contact, no greeting, nothing. To my amazement he then starts to pick his nose without a care in the world. It is at this point I left the shop. I called the shop soon after to inform them of what had just happened. Not surprised, but no one picked up the phone.
