DO NOT USE! This company has now twice ruined bedding of mine and I have two quilted pillow cases that are part of a rather expensive bedding set M.I.A at present. They were white and nearly 3 weeks ago came back grey, not light grey, dark grey. I was not happy and asked they sort ASAP. They did and then they came back yellow. Again I sent back and told them they needed to sort. I have chased and chased and today was sent a email with no context no update nothing but a attachment asking me to list my items, proof of receipt, reason for complaint etc.. Information I provided to this store. I don't even know where my pillow cases are right now. I don't know if they repaired the damage caused and its clear they don't care because its taken this long to get a reply and worst of all there is no one to call.. If you care about your items I suggest going elsewhere as your linen will be ruined and the customer service is far from there. Will update once and if I get a response. But I am furious for being treated like this, especially given they are not cheap either!!!! Update. Never got my linen back, no replacement, no apology, nothing but the run around so I gave up.
